WOW!! that is AWESOME!! the texture is very well done...especially on the fur...the eyes look so real...and drawing it on black paper was a good idea, it stands out a lot... =)

Thanks!! Yes, I really enjoy drawing on black or toned paper because the contrast and detail comes out so much better.

It depends on the picture. These big cats pictures took me about 4-5 hours, and they are fairly small, on 9x12 paper.

Thanks! Yeah, I have a lot of ideas of drawings to do on black paper that I need to get around to doing.

Continuous time... yeah, that is very fast. I used to be very impatient, and if I could not finish a drawing or painting in one sitting, I would lose interest and never finish the piece. But that was many years ago. Now, most of my newer drawings have taken me weeks to months to finish, with a total time ranging around 40 hours or more, especially for the larger pieces.
